Sexual Deviancy

Under a proposed National Sexual Deviancy Act, all forms of sodomy and homosexual conduct would be outlawed nationwide, with gay marriage permanently banned and marriage redefined exclusively as the union between one biological man and one biological woman under federal law. The Act would further criminalize incest (including sexual intercourse between first cousins), bestiality, and adultery as felonies that undermine public morality, the traditional family structure, and the moral foundations of society. These prohibitions would apply uniformly across all states and territories through federal preemption, overriding any conflicting state laws or prior judicial rulings. Enforcement would be led by the Department of Justice in coordination with state authorities, utilizing specialized moral crimes units, mandatory reporting requirements, and targeted surveillance of digital platforms that facilitate such acts.

Penalties under the Act would be severe and strictly evidence-based. Where irrefutable and indisputable evidence exists—such as clear video or audio recordings, DNA confirmation, multiple independent eyewitness accounts, or other conclusive forensic proof—the maximum penalty of death would apply. Juries would hold the explicit responsibility of determining whether the accused qualifies as a repeat offender and whether the evidence presented meets the irrefutable standard necessary to impose capital punishment. In all other cases, the minimum sentence would be five years of imprisonment without the possibility of parole, with substantially harsher terms (up to the death penalty) for repeat offenders or those involving aggravating factors such as coercion or public scandal. Lifetime sex-offender registration and permanent restrictions on contact with minors would accompany every conviction.

This legislation represents a decisive restoration of traditional sexual morality and natural law principles that have sustained civilized society for centuries. By criminalizing sodomy, incest (including cousin relations), bestiality, and adultery, the Act protects the sanctity of marriage, shields children from moral corruption, and deters behaviors that erode public health and family stability. Implementation would include public awareness campaigns reinforcing family values, support programs for individuals seeking to exit deviant lifestyles, and rigorous due process safeguards to ensure convictions rest on the clearest possible evidence. The National Sexual Deviancy Act sends an unmistakable message: America will no longer tolerate the normalization of sexual deviancy and will instead defend the moral order with firm, proportionate justice.
