Overview

In this section of the website I will look to detail the Biblical stance on topical issues. I have made youtube videos about most of these topics, but what I want to do here, is to clearly set out these views in writing.

First and foremost, my source of understanding is The Bible. I also believe The Holy Spirit teaches us all things (John 14:26). As long as one is studying the scriptures and is abiding in Christ (John 15:4) then we are able to understand the things of God and make godly judgements on current affairs. Prior to commenting on current affairs we must understand and minister the mysteries of God in Christ Jesus, His death, burial and resurrection. What I am saying is that I want you to understand that I profess Christ and him crucified (1 Corinthians 2:2) above all. However, these issues are important because I am calling out the sin of our generation which is an essential point of the gospel; sinners must repent.

I have an earnest desire to see the church understand the thought systems of the world and for the non-believer to understand the contrast between worldly cisterns and the fountain of salvation, Jesus Christ. The issues I am alluding to, which we need to know the biblical position on are: abortion, veganism, islam, transgender, homosexuality, pornography, yoga, freemasons, occult, humanism, relative moralism, satanism, hedonism, cultural marxism and others. I will also write on the biblical stance on topical issues concerning church conduct and doctrine.

Granted, many have differing views on what the bible is saying but often that can be because people want to interject their own views upon the Bible. If one does this then they are not a biblical christian, rather, they are a cultural christian. They create their own theology according to tradition and surroundings. I pray that God would have mercy on their souls.

When forming views and understanding biblical positions on issues we must humbly come to the cross of Calvary and to the Word of God. We must submit to every word of God, understanding that the Word of God will stand forever (Isaiah 40:8). That the foolishness of God is wise than man's wisdom (1 Corinthians 1:25).
